Assistant Quality Assurance Manager
The Role
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing quality assurance standards in the company and ensuring compliance of product to quality assurance standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Interfacing with the customers and/or users to establish a strategy for organizing and coordinating planned and systematic assurance and controls.
• Participating in the planning, development, coordination and presentation of training and educational programs as per the quality assurance needs.
• Assisting in the implementation of ISO 9001, HACCP and GMP systems in the factories.
• Collecting, analyzing and overseeing data entry on relevant quality performance indicators.
• Designing, scheduling and conducting quality review audits.
• Assisting in scheduling and conducting of internal audits
• Conducting and reporting statistical analysis and trend charts
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications and competencies:-
• BSc. Production /Engineering /Food Science and Technology
• Knowledge of Management Systems i.e. ISO 9001 and HACCP
• At least 5 years relevant experience, 3 of which must be at management level.
• Knowledge of data collection techniques.
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent interpersonal Organization and Planning skills
• Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.

Qualification
• A diploma in human resources management
• Experience of over five years in a senior Human Resources management position;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be conversant with labour/ industrial relations
• Experience with certification schemes in floriculture like MPS and KFC-Silver
Technical Manager in production of Roses
Qualification
• BSC in horticulture
• Over five years roses growing experience both in soil and soil-less culture
• At least two year experience with Integrated Pest Management
• Aged between 28 – 40 years
• Should be result oriented and capable of working under minimum supervision
