Basic Function of Position

• Minimum 4 years experience in a busy pesticides residues analysis laboratory using high end GC-MS and LC-MS techniques.
• Demonstrate detailed understanding of modern chromatography techniques and have extensive knowledge of chromatographic sample preparation in food, water and soil matrices.
• Ability to perform routine Gas & Liquid Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry analyses, as well as perform routine maintenance on instrumentation.
• Good interpretation of GC-MS /LC-MS data and processing of results. The ability to interpret data for field studies and research work will be essential for these positions.
• Deliver thorough applications solutions for various samples preparation with GC-MS/ LC-MS and detection methods.
• Demonstrate clear knowledge of GC-MS/LC-MS Quality Control and acceptance criteria in the laboratory analysis processes.
