• To provide all necessary data on staff that may be needed to aid decision making
• To liaise with the Human Resources Officer and ensure that all files have relevant correspondence: appointment letters, confirmation, transfer, retirement, acceptance letters etc

• Liaise with the HR officer in execution of Employee relations activities in the organization and in the preparation of the relevant reports.
Education
• Min: Degree in Human Resources or , Social Sciences)
Professional Qualifications
• Ideal: Professional Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
Experience
• Min: 1 year

Job Role: To enable the Authority implement and evaluate supervisory programmes aimed at managing risks in schemes, securing compliance of schemes and service providers through off-site and on-site inspections and enforcement of statutory requirements.

Key Result Areas
• Validation of data used in Risk Based Supervision
• Assist in the analysis of valuation reports to ensure consistency with best practice
• Assist in the analysis and creation of Risk based supervision reports
• Performing work relating to other legislative requirements, such as reviewing scheme accounts
• Develop technical knowledge through formal or on Job training
Special Requirements
• Starting the Actuarial Career

Education
• Min: Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science
• Plus: High level computer skills
