Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Authority Punjab invites applications for the post of Inclusive Education Resource Teachers (IERTs) for teaching children with special needs in Punjab.
Inclusive Education Resource Teachers (IERTs):
• Vacancies – 293 (M.R = 63,H.I = 169,V.I = 61)
• Qualification – +2 class examination and Should possess a special education degree and/ or AT LEAST one year full time diploma in Special Education from a recognized Institution, in the education of: a. Hearing impaired b. Mentally challenged c. Visually Impaired
• Pay-Scale – 10,000/- Per months + 1000 Fix T.A
The number of posts may vary depending upon requirements as received from other districts. Candidate must clearly indicate whether essential qualification has been acquired through Regular Course/Lateral Entry/Correspondence. Candidates having experience would be preferred. Preference shall be given to candidates who are graduates and hold a B.Ed degree in special Education or Diploma in Special Education.
