We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished educational leader for the post of the Principal, Oshwal Academy Nairobi.
The ideal candidate in must demonstrate:
• success in working with an ethnically diverse student and teacher population
• leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, teachers, administrators and parents.
• success at managing educational organizations and managing relations with the school board
Applicants should:
• have a proven track record of school leadership in an international school environment
• hold a minimum qualification of B.Ed. degree or a first degree with post graduate qualification in education from a recognized university. A master’s degree or above will be an advantage.
• possess a working knowledge of management of facilities and finance and be fully conversant with IT.
