Field Security Officer
(Hagadera Based)
IRC is currently looking for a Field Security Officer. This is a key position and carries responsibility for the integrity of the IRC’s Security system. The Security unit must be able to rapidly assess, advice and recommend for all Program staff, whilst ensuring best practices and maintaining records.
The Security Officer works closely with the Field Coordinator and Logistics Coordinator.

Grants Co-ordinator
(Nairobi Based)
IRC is currently looking for a Grants Co-ordinator who will work closely with the Deputy
Director Programs.
He/ She will be in charge of grants and grants management, Coordinate proposal and budget development, Monitor & facilitate compliance of programs with donor and IRC commitments & requirements, coordinate program planning; provide capacity building and training for field staff; Develop budgets for new program activities in coordination with the sector coordinator; Ensure program compliance with internal control procedures.
