In order to enhance our operations in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi we are now looking for a proactive, competent, dedicated and results oriented individual to fill the position below in our organization.

Position: Sub Regional Human Resource Manager

Primary Responsibilities
• Act as a partner to the Managing Director of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi region for all HR related matters.
• Assist the Regional HR Manager to Lead and model the way for HR related issues in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Directors of the region.
• Provide a professional and comprehensive Human Resources support to the Management Team and the staff of the sub region.
• Manage the Sub region Human Resources Department efficiently, within budget restraints and legal obligations.

• Sound technical knowledge on all Human Resources disciplines.

• Able to work independently, as well as in team and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.

• Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients.

• Financial and organizational analyzing skills.

• Act quickly and decisively; able to make tough calls, applying good balance between firmness and diplomacy.
• Strong social intelligence.
• Works well under pressure.
• Fluent English and in local language of the country.
• Fluent French would constitute a major advantage.

Qualifications:
• BA in Management with a major in HR or equivalent diploma.
• 5-10 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management: recruitment, training & development, management, administration, compensation & benefits, legislation.
• Proven track record in service industry and multinational environment will be an added advantage
