PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR/FINANCE
This position is responsible for the entire company payroll using Ceridian – Insync including year-end payroll accountabilities; vacation and attendance tracking. The departments and branches provide payroll information via a timeclock system. Also, as a member of the Finance team, this position will be involved in financial activities including generating reports, assisting with AP and/or AR activities as time permits.

Several years experience with producing bi-weekly Ceridian payrolls is required. Must be able to produce year-end payroll summaries and government reports. Proficiency with computer applications is essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully completed their C.P.P. The candidate must be detail-oriented; possess excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relations with employees and customers, and, have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
