Selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year. During the period of training, the candidates will be paid a stipend of INR 150.00 to 200.00 per day. After successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed on the rolls of the company as per norms.

Applications will only be accepted online. Screening will be done with reference to the prescribed job specifications and other job requirements. Normal reservation norms in PSUs will apply. For entry level positions, the maximum age limit will be 35 years as on 15 JAN 2011. For posts requiring experience, the upper age limit will be relaxed to accommodate the minimum years of experience as prescribed. Applications received before 5 PM ( IST) on 15 JAN 2011 will only be considered for screening. Applicants who satisfy the above prescribed criteria will only be shortlisted and intimated about the next stage of the selection process. No correspondence other than the online application will be entertained. Shortlisted candidates will have to submit the original of their credentials at a prescribed stage in the selection process later on.
