CHILD & YOUTH COUNSELLORS
Full-time and Relief
(weekend, overnight and weekday shifts available)
Within the context of a compassionate and therapeutic milieu, our Residential Treatment Services provides treatment for children between ages six and twelve suffering from the effects of trauma and mental health challenges.
The ideal candidates will have a Child and Youth Counsellor Diploma, PMAB certification, or equivalent; experience working with high needs children; knowledge of trauma theory; skill at establishing strong, positive therapeutic relationships; and experience in crisis management.
PSYCHOLOGIST (Supervised Practice)
Temporary 32 hours per week Position
(ASAP -February 2012)
Reporting to the Manager of Child and Family Therapy the Psychologist is responsible to provide a full range of psychological services to the children and families served by kidsLINK.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, be eligible for registration as a psychologist in Ontario, experienced in children’s mental health and 3 years (post masters) experience.
