Account Manager CT (Customer Team) New Business Job Vacancy

Main Responsibilities
• Overlooking the Sub region South (excluding South Africa) for new market acquistion and setting up related strategy for achiveing sustainable sales with profitable growth
• Manage the interface with the customer, SSM, Services, Marketing & Business units
• Managing order intake, revenue, contribution to P&L, Cash flow
Thinking Out of the Box is required to look for potential growth with new entry sales mode.

The candidate will need to understand the customer's key business drivers, technical, operational and commercial needs; to establish and manage rapport at different levels of technical and procurement teams.

The candidate must be a strong leader to facilitate business development initiatives with a solution selling & value based argumentations mindset.

• Solid track record of successful sales engagements
• Solid track record of sales case closing
• Solution Building & Selling skills
• Business & Industry Insights
• Financial understanding
• Strong Technical understanding
• Understand organisation’s Strategy
• Profound experience of 4 years in a first line sales position with focus on acquiring new customers
• Hunter, hungry for sales
• Self confident & self starter
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Passion to Succeed and Win together with the team
• Determination, persistence, adaptability and creativity
• Effective thinking and strategic mindset
• Fluency in English required, preferably also other languages spoken in Southern Africa such Portuguese &/or French

Experience
• Min.7-10 years consulting/sales experience.
• University graduate.
