1. District Parts & Service Manager – Atlantic
The role of the District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM), as part of the Atlantic Region Team, ensures effective and efficient Parts and Service Operations at the Dealer level with the overall goal of ensuring competent, quality service that will enhance customer perception of product, the dealer and ownership experience.



Responsibilities
Assists in the resolution of consumer issues (including CAMVAP hearings representation)
Advises/Assists in the training & development of Parts & Service Staff towards the enhancement of the overall customer experience
Provides technical assistance/information to dealers regarding repair issues
Ensures dealer service policies & operations are in line with corporate standards
Monitors and provides feedback and action plans towards CSI improvement
Promotes KCI sponsored parts programs and assists dealer in developing effective Service operations objectives and business plans
Responsible to achieve District Parts & Accessory Sale Targets, and to achieve a minimum 90% ASSI Score

Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required
Minimum 4+years automotive/parts and technical service experience
Wholesale and retail (at dealership level) experience desirable
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and problem solve
Post Secondary education in a related discipline
Be willing to travel 40-45% of the time
Demonstrated evidence of technical aptitude, either via formal education or automotive experience
Excellent management skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity
Excellent organizational and presentation skills

2. District Sales Manager – Eastern
The role of the District Sales Manager (DSM), as part of the Eastern Region Sales Team, will be providing leadership, guidance and coaching to Kia Dealers in an assigned territory for which the DSM will be responsible and accountable for achievement of retail/wholesale sales objectives for Kia branded vehicles.
This successful candidate will be based in Montreal but the Territory covers some geographical areas.

Responsibilities
Analyzing dealer operations, utilizing sales and market share reports, financial statement and composite data in order to motivate dealers to attain sales objectives
Provide dealers with written confirmation of their performance to objectives on a regular basis
Responsible for segmenting, organizing and controlling vehicle allocation through market analysis, sound judgment and past performance
Solicit wholesale sales while maintaining vehicle demand and improving brand image
Ensure and verify accuracy of month end sales reporting
Participate in meetings and prepare Weekly Territory Summary reports.
Establish annual sales plans and monthly targets with dealers based on Corporate Head Office objectives
Prepare quarterly review for regional management meetings
Ensure dealer co-op programs comply with regulations and are kept within the set budget
Contact competitive dealers and fleet accounts

Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required
Strong communications skills in English & French (both written and verbal)
Excellent management skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity
Excellent organizational skills and the ability for closure
Excellent presentation skills
Be willing to travel 40-45% of the time
5 years direct automotive experience; preferably in the area of sales and/or retail management
University Degree in a related discipline preferred
