Accounts Executive (6 months contract)
You will be responsible for performing full aspects of the Accounts Payable function efficiently within company guidelines, policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process supplier invoices and making prompt payments.
* Process staff reimbursements claims and making prompt payments.
* Update daily bank position and monthly cashflow forecast
* Download and process of electronic bank statements
* Perform creditors reconciliations
* Process inter-company billings and compile supporting documents for inter-company billings
* Liaise with internal and external customers and overseas counterparts
* Ad-hoc request

Requirements:
* Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy.
* Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
* Good working knowledge of SAP preferred
* Knowledge of P2P experience preferred
* MNC work experience preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

This position will be based in Singapore.
