Territory Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and Skin Analyst Jobs

A fast growing manufacturing company and a major player in personal care and consumer products with presence in over 10 African countries wishes to recruit additional associates as part of its expansive penetration program.

1. Territory Sales Managers

Job Summary

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising general operations, enforcing company policies and procedures within area of operations and continuously develop distributors’ network in the region to increase sales volume, customer retention and profitability.

Key Deliverables
• Formulate the Region sales strategy
• Implement operational marketing plans within own area
• Effective coaching and supervision of subordinates
• Ensure growth in the Company’s market share within allocated area
• Ensuring achievement of sales targets cost effectively.
• Conduct sales review meetings with direct reports
• Ensure that all personnel have performance agreements and performance is tracked against set objectives on monthly basis
• Maintain staff discipline Company Policies and Procedures
• Ensure that employee development initiatives are implemented as per plan

Knowledge and Skills
• University Graduate
• 3 years experience in Sales supervisory position in an FMCG environment
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• Computing Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access)
• A valid driving licence
2. Sales Representatives

Job Summary

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for achievement of set sales targets within their markets, growth of company market share and execution of high levels of customer care.

Key Deliverables
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets
• Execute all marketing and promotional activities within area of allocation
• Collect all outstanding debts in line with the company policy
• Execute high levels of customer care
• Resolve all customer concerns
• Visit distributors outlets as per company policy
• Ensure timely delivery of products to the customers

Knowledge and Skills
• Bachelors Degree in a Business related field
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• 3 years experience in sales and marketing
• Computer literate
• A clean driving licence
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swahili and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
3. Skin Analyst

Reporting to the Brand Manager the Skin Analyst will be responsible for assisting the consumers in knowing their skin types (Normal, Dry and Oily), create brand awareness and increase company market share by encouraging use of company skin care products.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Attending to skin care needs of clients like facials, treatment of skin related problems like acne, under eye dark circles, patchy skin, scars on the face, too much secretion of oil, dryness, sagging skin, shaping eyebrows, removal of unwanted body hair, makeup and counselling on skin care
• Engaging consumers in an interactive and educative sessions on skin care using the company products
• Skin Analysis & Testing
• Recommendations and Follow up with clients
Skills and Responsibilities
• Diploma in Beauty Therapy. A university degree will be an added advantage.
• 2 years experience in busy spa or skin care environment
• Having a sound knowledge on skin care and nutrition.
• Genuine care for the appearance of the clients
• Should be a perfectionist and display high precision in work
• computer literate
• Excellent inter personal relationships with the clients
• A pleasing and pleasant personality
• Ability to work continuously without supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
