Position: Technical Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Duties/Responsibilities
• To manage engineering works, electrical/mechanical equipments including supervising the design, plan and construction of new water projects.
• Monitor and evaluate technical operations and recommend areas for improvement on a continuous basis to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise personnel under him/her; set for them targets and ensure maximum utilisation and deployment of technical staff
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering or equivalent
• Five (5) years experience in managing water/sewer infrastructure or in a busy engineering organisation/environment.
• Quality project management and professional skills
• Good inter personal skills (Both with supervisors and subordinates)
• Computer knowledge literacy and familiarity with standard office computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and extra hours, weekends and public holidays to meet targets and whenever called upon.
