CDCL is a management consulting firm providing support to the public and private sectors. We have offices and associates in East Africa, Southern Africa and most of the COMESA countries.

Our main areas of specialization include:
• Public finance Management;
• Financial and economic modeling;
• Business planning and strategy;
• Organization reforms, development and strengthening;
• Capacity building; and
• Human resource management.
We are currently looking for Associate Consultants in the following fields of specialization:

Associate Consultants in Human Resource Management

The successful candidates will have:
• A Masters Degree in the relevant field
• A minimum of five years consulting experience
• Experience in the following sectors will be an added advantage:
1. Water
2. Transport
3. Education

Associate Consultant in Information Technology

The successful candidates will have:
• A Masters Degree in the relevant field;
• At least three years consulting experience;
• Knowledge of Public Sector Operations especially in Integrated Financial Information Management Systems (IFMIS); and
• Knowledge of commonly used Financial Operational Packages will be an added advantage.

Researchers

The successful candidates will have:
• A Masters Degree in relevant fields of Social, Economic and Financial matters;
• At least 3 years experience in research.
Associate Statisticians

The successful candidates will meet the following minimum requirements:
• A Masters Degree in Statistics
• At least three years experience
• Have practical experience in use of various statistical packages like SPSS etc.
