Blue Shield Insurance Company with a large branch network countrywide has the following vacancy at its Head Office, Upper Hill - Nairobi.

Property Officer

The successful candidate will oversee the day to day management of Blue Shield Towers and coordinate payments of branch rents and utilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Rent and Service Charge collection
• Implementation of and signing of Leases
• Handling of any tenant issues
• Maintenance Contracts (lifts, generator, cleaning services and grounds)
• Fire Safety and Security
• Overseeing of ongoing works and/or repairs in the building
• Receiving invoices/bills and prepare a payment schedule
• Receive and approve any plans/drawings for structural changes such as partitions

• Must be a holder of BA in land Economics or related field with a minimum of three (3) years.
