Our client is a premier Engineering firm. They develop critical business engineering systems designed to optimize the efficiency and productivity of organizations through integrated approaches to Training, Maintenance, and Research and Development

Position: Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Department: Training

Responsibilities:
• Develop annual marketing plan, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Drive a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Job Specifications:
• 2-3 years of sales experience in the marketing industry.
• Experience with selling of trainings, seminars and workshops
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Proven ability in Proposal writing.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
• Proven ability to understand, fill for submission of Tender forms.

Remuneration:

Kes. 25,000-35,000/= per month depending on experience.
