Marketing Executive and Admin Assistant Jobs

Job Details & Role: The Marketing executive will be involved in developing marketing campaigns that will promote all the company’s products, services and ideas; this will include but not limited to:
• Planning, advertising, public relations, organizing events, product development, distribution, research etc.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist publications) or on the radio when need arises,
• managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e‐newsletters and DVDs;
• arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• maintaining and updating customer databases;
• organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• contributing to and developing and evaluating marketing plans and strategies within the budget;

Qualifications / Desirable qualities:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Sales and Marketing options/Public Relations.
• Minimum 5 ‐10 years experience.
• Ability to think, plan and operate strategically.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Good communications and presentation skills.
• Member of a Marketing Society a plus.

Admin Assistant
( Attach recent passport photo for this position)
• Receiving incoming/outgoing calls/visitors and correspondences.
• Organizing of meetings.
• Time/diary management.
• Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction
• Responding to urgent requests.
• Co‐coordinating and booking travel arrangements, processing Visa; etc
• Assisting with organizing events.

Experience and qualifications required:
• At least 2 years experience as an administrative assistant.
• Exceptional computer literacy.
• Highly developed organizational skills.
• An ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality.
