Job Title: General Manager

Profile:
• results oriented and creative;
• possess strong interpersonal and analytical and entrepreneurial skills
• BS/BA degree ; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 Years in a managerial position
• Strong leadership skills
• Must have excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and handle multiple, concurrent tasks with high level of flexibility
• Ability to work well under time constraints and to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
• Passion for marketing, with a drive to succeed and make a difference
• Excellent computer Skills.
• Valid driving license
• Must be at least 35 years old
• International travel may be required

Job Title: Sales/Office Administrator
• Background training in construction e.g. building economics, architectural or civil engineering, building construction management, business management,
• Minimum Degree in the above
• Must be computer literate
• In depth Knowledge in office management and administration
• Financial accounting knowledge
• Must be dynamic and able to handle wide range of clients and products
• Must have good customer relations techniques
• Not less than 32 years old
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Job Title: Field Technical Sales and Marketing Personnel
• Have technical background in construction
• Must be a quick learner
• Prefer one who has done sales within the building industry
• Must have a valid Driving License
• Must be Dynamic, Self Driven and aggressive
• Reports to the Sales manager
• Not less than 30 years old
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Job Title: Stores Clerk
• Must have Diploma in Purchase, Stores and warehouse management
• Must be honest and of high integrity
• Computer literate
• Reports to the Warehouse manager
• Mature- not less than 30 years old
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Job Title: Civil Engineer
• Has a degree in civil engineering or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering with a bias to steel structures
• Must be a quick learner, and computer literate
• Must have a valid Driving License
• Mature- not less than 30 years old
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD compulsory
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Job Title: Accountant
• Professional accounting knowledge; CPA (K) Degree in accounting will be an advantage
• Strong Capacity in computers especially SAGE PASTEL accounting software
• High degree of integrity and honesty
• Self driven and highly motivated
• Basic Office Administration knowledge
• Reports to the managing director
• Location: Nairobi
• Not less than 30 years old

Job Title: Machine Operators
• Minimum diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a workshop dealing with steel fabrication
• Quick learner who require minimum supervision
• Minimum 30 years of age

Job Title: Clerk of Works (Technical Field Supervisor)
• Will be in charge of supervising work at building construction sites
• Must have a technical background in building construction, project management and/or quantity surveying
• Must be a quick learner
• Must have a valid Driving License
• Min 30 years old
• Min 3 years’ experience in busy construction environment
