Job Description:
Department: Sales & Marketing
Purpose of the Job: To introduce and promote the specified product range, ensuring sales and GP are maximised through the channel whilst delivering the best service and customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities: Achieving sales targets set each month by the Sales Manager.
Job Content & Context:
• Achieving sales targets set each month.
• To pro- actively seek new business in the specified product range
• Maintain an agreed level of proactive telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers
• Ensure that customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion
Candidate profile:
Work experience in IT or relevant professional discipline
• Experience in sales
• Has some commercial and business awareness
• Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills.
• Can demonstrate their ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations
Skills set / competencies
• Understands the sales process
• Ability to demonstrate Interpersonal and influencing skills
Need to work in a team
• Can demonstrate their ability to manage their time so that they can maximize the number of calls made to a customer
• Understands how to research and identify prospective customers
• Can present feedback using Word or Excel

• Smart and presentable
