Delivery Head (Senior Project Manager)
2 Positions: Tanzania and Malawi.
Our client, a leading IT Solutions Company with operations in Africa, Australia and India is urgently looking for two (Delivery Head) Sn Project Managers to be based in Tanzania and Malawi respectively.
Job Location: Tanzania and Malawi
Position details: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will be responsible for on schedule project delivery while maintaining the set quality standards including;
• Outstanding team management and development while ensuring assigned project is running according to agreed client specifications and timelines.
• Acting as the key link between project team and the client.
• Responsible for complete end to end project management for assigned projects including project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, resource allocation, technology choices etc.
Key skills required:
• IT and ERP Back ground -NAV preferred although other ERP background will also be considered
• Good Project Management Experience (handling multiple projects, Managing Clients, Projects delivery and resources allocation)
• Good people Manager (Should have managed resources in various projects as successful candidate will be responsible for managing a minimum of 15 resources)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT related Field. (NAV & ERP preferred)
• Years of experience: 8-12 years industry experience.
