Reporting to the Factory Manager and/or Sales & Marketing Manager, the successful candidate shall provide strategic direction and coordination of the sales, marketing and distribution activities to ensure achievement of the sales objectives in the Company.
Area of Work: DRC Congo - Goma Region - North Kivu Province
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Set the sales objectives and execute in line with the strategic plan.
• Ensure implementation of sales targets, policies and recommend remedial measures
• Using market research advise on new market strategies
• Preparation and implementation of effective annual marketing plan
• Give timely sales reports to the management according to schedule
Required Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
• Degree / Diploma in (Sales and Marketing) or equivalent
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & French
• 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing
• Computer literate.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
• Creativity, innovation and good analytical skills
• Age 26 – 32 years
