Resolution Health has over 250 medical service providers all across East Africa, a strong network of hospitals, clinics and doctors.

The Account Manager’s primary job is selling and marketing the company’s products to clients as well as through brokers and independent agents. Further, they shall have targets of business sales to deliver to the company within fixed time periods.

Key Outputs
• Identify, recruit, train and avail competent and well-motivated Brokers and agents;
• Ensure the generation of business to meet set unit budgets;
• Create and be accountable for client proposals, quotations, contracts and any further documentation;
• Prepare and make presentations to potential clients aimed at developing solutions to their needs.
• Carry out quarterly Broker/Agents appraisals and ensure intervention that result in satisfactory performance;
• Recommend and monitor incentive schemes aimed at motivating brokers and independent agents;
• Generate timely and accurate sales reports for analysis and decision-making;
• Supply market intelligence, identify and recommend ways for the company to keep abreast with current market requirements;

Qualifications/Experience /Personal Attributes
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field 3 years of experience in sales/marketing management experience preferably in the service industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates extraordinary dedication to delivering results
• Confident, focussed with drive and initiative
• Able to inspire others and build effective teams
• A track record of success in acquiring new and growing existing revenue channels.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Result oriented and a high performer of duties
• Proactive, initiative and good networking skills.
