Heidelberg East Africa Limited, a highly reputed company in the Printing industry is looking for a Senior Service Executive with the following credentials:

Duties
• Receive and record all requests for technical assistance.
• Make an integrated maintenance system from the receipt of the service request to delivery.
• Follow-up, supervise and control every detail in the department
• Manage the data base of Service Scheduling.
• Dispatch and relocate engineers for service jobs.
• Prepare and distribute all management performance and financial reports including invoicing of service work done.
• Daily review of service jobs.
• Maintain the files of customers support department.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Provide assistance and technical information to other departments if requested.
• Assist customers on matters related to service work planning and scheduling.
• Motivate the service team to ensure a Total Quality Service for all customers.
• Ensure all preventative maintenance schedules including customer agreed commitments are met.
• Update system on the implementation of fitting of retrofits required to be done on equipment as specified on the Service Information Bulletins.
• Maintain the service contract data base
• Assist with placing, monitoring and delivery of spare parts to customers when requested.
• Follow-up the guarantee and warranty service with customers and suppliers.
• Set budget for the department and follow up its implementation.
• Prepare periodical reports to ensure smooth work flow in all branches.
• Implement Technical Standards and System/Tool to access the performance of Service operations.
• Proactively plan for service business expansion.

Skills Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably Mechatronics engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same line
• Strong capability to professionally guide and motivate the entire Service Team
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with all levels in the organization
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office suite
• Customer oriented leader
• Capable & confident of achieving business plan expansion.
