CMC Motors Group, one of the largest provider of transport solutions in the East African Region, is looking for a Sales Manager for its operations in the Group.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be in charge of the following key responsibilities:
• Ensure the achievement of Group (Divisional) Sales targets.
• Conduct vehicle sales, demonstrations and ensure timely deliveries of all units.
• Oversee vehicle preparations, allocations and display.
• Frequently update the clients’ database.
• Handle customer complaints and conduct after sales follow-ups.
• Organize for financing for clients from banks.
• Monitor competitors and analyze the motor market.
• Monitor stock movement and conducts stock checks.
• Train and develops staff.
• Assist in debt collection.
Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualifications
• University degree in Business Administration or a related field of study.
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing.

Experience
