Job Title: Stock Controller
Location: Lagos, West, East, North
Job Description:
Will visit branches in the territory assigned and perform various activities as advised time to time. Physical stock taking of the goods., Stock reconciliation between Navision, Bin Cards and Physical stocks and stock recon./ movement summary per location, Purchase Reconciliation (LAGOS only).
GIT monitoring, To supervise stock auditors and liaise with respective w/h keepers. Ensure compliance of Co’s rules and procedures in place.
Proper upkeep and maintenance of the warehouses.
Proper stacking and palletisation of the stocks.
Surprise checks of physical stocks at respective branch and comparison with book stocks during visits. Verification of Dented, Damaged and Near Expiry stocks at warehouses with reasons/ suggestions to avoid such losses
Requirements
- Excellent command over MS-Excel, MS-word and Outlook,
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance,
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Member of ICAN, Will be reporting to MM.
