Our client , an Established Bank in Singapore having call centre in Alexandra & Toa Payoh. They have immediate vacancies for:-
BANK TRAINEE X 30 ( CUSTOMER SERVICE /CALL CENTRE )
Key Responsibilities
* Providing a “one-stop” banking solutions to our customers over the telephone
* Provide financial advisory services to customers
* To handle customers in the most effective way
* To be able to type fast and key in info require and pass to the respective product line division
* Provide simple info ie branch location , operating hour , interest charges
* Candidate who can communicate well and fluently. Ability to multi-task is needed as the candidate need to toggle between calls and incident login (data entry).
Requirements
* FRESH DEGREE holder who has excellent PERSONALITY , COMMUNICATION & WRITTEN SKILL preferred
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills A MUST
* A good team player with a passion towards providing quality customer service
* Please include a Photograph ( a MUST )
* Mandarin speaking added advantage , to be able to handle mandarin speaking customers

* Working Hour : 9.00am – 6.30pm (Mon-Fri) / After 3 to 5 months , 8 hours rotating shift duties expected
* Salary : S$ 2200 (Fresh Degree) , Up to S$ 2500 (With Call Centre Exp) + Shift allowance + Taxi Claim + OT Claim + Annual Leave + Medical & Incentive
