Position involves:
• Execution of Strategic Plan to coordinate school opening in Jan 2010
• Ensure Free The Children organizational culture built into Kisaruni Girls School
• Public Relations with all community members and stakeholders
• Manage staff of teachers, groundskeepers, cook, security, etc.
• Procurement of, and Monitor Inventory of, Kisaruni materials and supplies;
• Coordination with outside stakeholders to learn and implement best practices;
Qualifications:
• A Lady preferably
• Excellent organizational and communication (interpersonal/oral/written)
• Shown dedication and passion to education
• Ability to work independently and be a team player
• Demonstration of clear, critical thinking and decision-making
• Excellent Computer skills and Project reporting skills
• Team player who is also full of initiative
• Outgoing with her team and visiting volunteers
• Ideally a woman between age 30-38
• Humble and appreciative, Youthful, energetic, and enthusiastic.
