Job Summary: The successful candidate will join a team of experienced real estate professionals with diverse professional contacts.
You will guide buyers and sellers through the rental, sale and purchase of their properties, form new relationships & partnerships, gain customer service experience while working closely within the team
Job Description:
Responsibilities
• Solicit and compile listings of available rental and sale properties
• Interview landlords to determine the kinds of services they require
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements (including online) and participation in multiple listing services
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
• Visit properties to assess them before enlisting in the company database
• Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers
• Inspect condition of premises under management, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs
• Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features
• Participate in advertisement and sales listings for the company
Requirements
• College education in Sales/Marketing (a plus)
• Familiarity with local neighbourhoods
• Customer service experience
• Working knowledge of computers & internet
• Experience in another sales industry (a strong plus)
• A certificate of good conduct (a plus)
NB:
Salary: Net Kshs.15,000 Plus (+) Commission on sales
