Requirements
Catering trainer applicants should posses the following:
- Level 3 City & Guilds Certificate in Catering.
- Teaching and Training Qualification.
- Computer Qualification.
- Other Food and Hospitality Qualifications.
Candidates must posses the quality to teach in accordance with the syllabus and standards of city and guilds (London) especially in the following areas:
- Food Preparation and Culinary Arts – 7065
- Food and Beverages Services – 7066
- Reception Operations and Services – 7067
